Returns & Exchanges

At Mondanna Z — The Art of Fine Jewelry, each creation is crafted with intention, precision, and exceptional materials. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

If for any reason your piece does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer returns on eligible items under the following terms.

Return Eligibility

Eligible pieces may be returned within 8 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition
  • Accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and security tags
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, resizing, or modification

Each return is carefully inspected to ensure the integrity of our craftsmanship and materials.

Final Sale Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, the following are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-order designs
  • Personalized pieces, including engraving or special sizing
  • Resized or altered jewelry
  • Special orders and sale items

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment following inspection.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return has been received.

Shipping, insurance, and any applicable duties are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Clients are responsible for return shipping. We kindly ask that all returns be shipped using a fully insured, trackable service for the full value of the piece.

Mondanna Z — The Art of Fine Jewelry cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within the same 7-day return window. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly, and exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements.

A Note on Craftsmanship

Every piece is documented and quality-checked prior to shipment. Upon return, all jewelry undergoes a detailed inspection, including verification of materials and gemstones, to preserve the exceptional standards of our collection.
